    Wrong Size Chart

    I purchased 7 dresses, and this is the only one that did not fit despite following the size chart. I understand that the item is marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, but I'm struggling to understand how my daughter is expected to use the dress when it simply does not fit. Seller's mistake at customer's expense.

    Pretty Dress but runs SMALL

    Purchased this dress for my teen for a school dance. We went with her normal size and then also ordered one size larger based upon reviews. We should have ordered two sizes larger; I'd say this dress runs very small, especially if you have a body with any curves. It's tight all over and runs a bit short (my daughter is only 5'3" so we can get by with the length but if she was a bit taller it wouldn't be great).

    Beautiful but...

    Beautiful dress. Paid for expedited shipping but package did not arrive on time so wasn't able to wear for the intended event. Paying for expedited shipping and a return fee for a dress that didn't arrive in time to use is not a pleasant customer experience.

    Strap Broke on the Way to Dance

    This dress is so adorable. My daughter wore it to homecoming. Unfortunately, in the car on the way to homecoming, the strap to the dress snapped, so we had to safety pin it. Very disappointing considering it is not a cheap dress. Buyer beware and have safety pins just in case!

    Homecoming

    I bought this dress for my freshman for her first homecoming dance. According to the site, she should've gotten a small but we went with a medium so it was a little more conservative and not as form-fitting which made this momma happy while keeping my daughter happy with a dress that kept with what's popular with today's kids.
