Too sparkly. Runs small

Homecoming Dress
Ordered size according to size chart and reviews. Too small. Order up if bigger chest, and/or curvy. I ordered a Small for 14 yr old 5'3, 130lbs, bra size- 34 C. A medium, possibly large is needed. It just barely fit in the bottom area but nowhere near closing the top. Wish we had more time to order larger size. it looked great on, wouldn't need a bra. follow the chart from lulus, but did not fit
follow the chart provided by LULUS. Did not fit me, ordered M size. I normally order small, but because of another review and per the chart, I ordered a medium.. Did not fit me. Love it!
This is such a cute dress, but holy cow it runs small. I'm usually small or xs and had to get a large, a medium wouldn't even fit. The large length was good, not super mini length, about mid thigh for 5ft. Gonna order the other colors.
