    Loved the dress! Great for a wider hip/pear shape! (Did get tailored)

    PICS ARE BEFORE TAILORING. Needed a dress with extra room in the hips because I have a small bust (32A), small waist (24"), and a larger hip (41"). Ordered a small when I would normally order an XS because I have found it is easier to size up and get things tailored down, particularly for special occasion wear that I want to fit well. Ordered a small when I would normally order an XS because I have found it is easier to size up and get things tailored down, particularly for special occasion wear that I want to fit well. Small was big in the bust, but got it tailored. I am not sure if an XS would have fit in the hip and I appreciate the extra room sizing up provided in the hip area as there was a lot of dancing and movement during the wedding reception; I felt like the hip room was very comfortable at this size. If you have a similar issue and are not looking for the perfect fit/don't want to pay for tailoring, based on the extra small being ~2 inches smaller in the size chart, I would say it might fit fine but could be snug; if you have a smaller hip, you should be fine. I would *hope* that the hip roominess is proportional all the way up through the sizing chart, so maybe L could fit 46" hip?? - Makenzie B.

    Great for All Day Sorority Recruitment!

    I'm between a size 8-10, and since I'm on the edges of both the M and the L, I went with the L to be safe. Fit well in general, but the straps and back design were very loose. If you're curvier, I'd suggest getting it taken in a little, but I wouldn't change the size, or if you like it a little tighter, I'd size down. I wore it for over 10 hours for an event and felt super comfortable. Overall, really great dress!

    Great Fit

    The material on this dress is nice and flowy, which is hard to tell from the photos. It's not to thick, the cut is forgiving in all the right places and sexy with the back, shoulders, and slit. The straps were a little long and I had to stitch them by hand, but that was a small adjustment. I received several compliments.

    Sizing sucks

    Small is slightly too small, and medium is way too big.

    Beautiful dress

    Dress was beautiful and fit wonderfully, a little loose around the bust for me but easily fixed with some dress tape. Length was perfect with 2 inch heels, did not have to have hemmed and did not drag on the ground which was a big plus. The fabric does wrinkle pretty easily so do plan to steam or iron before wearing. Overall a great dress!

    Beautiful dress

    Beautiful color; length was perfect. I was nervous about sizing after reading some of the reviews, but ordered a medium based on chest size instead of getting the large the sizing chart recommended. I am glad I did; it sat a little snugger on my waist, but had I gone with the large, the chest portion and straps definitely would have been too loose. Be gentle with the zipper.

    Comfy & Cost Effective

    The dress was light and comfortable. I have lost about 20lbs. recently so wasn't sure what size to buy. The site recommended XL. It was a tad too big around the bust area and way too long, but I had a friend take it in and hem it. It was perfect for the award gala I attended. A great dress for the price.

    Gorgeous!

    I felt so sleek and put together. It is pretty tight in the ribcage, but that's part of what gave it such a great hourglass shape. I did end up hemming it 3 inches in order to fall perfectly, even in my heels. Absolutely loved it. My first dress from Lulus, and I'll happily order another.
