Very Disappointed
I have bought SO MANY items from Lulus and usually I'm very happy with what I get, but I'm incredibly disappointed that 1, the dress is more like a navy blue than a royal blue; 2, the zipper would not zip all the way up - just to the halfway point, then it just doesn't budge; and 3, that the dress is exchange only, BUT they don't tell you they only exchange certain sizes and colors until you actually try to exchange!Response from Lulus.com:
