    If shipped comes squished

    My hat arrived in a box far too small for it so was squished and bent and unusable. I had to go through the trouble of sending it bsck and have no hat for my trip. I wouldn't order it to be shipped.

    Girl, get it!

    Love this hat! I'm a bit of a stickler, so I searched for a western hat for weeeeeks before finding this beauty: I love that it's made of straw so it helps air flow for all day outdoor events. The color is perfect too!!
