Manufacturing Error On Shoulder
The top of the garment was made incorrectly and caused a ripple in the front. I contacted customer service and they were unable to help except suggest a return. The error caused the X straps to lay weird and tight. It felt like it was meant for someone who was taller than myself. Unfortunately there wasn't a larger size I could try and the dress replacement would not arrive in time for the wedding I wanted to wear it to. Errors noted with red... Read More

Received damaged
Dress is beautiful and flattering, but it arrived with a broken zipper and loose threads, so taking two stars off for obvious lack of quality control. My size is no longer available, so I can't exchange it. Fortunately, I purchased the dress on sale, and I really do like it, so I'll take it to my tailor to see if it can be mended. If not, I'll be returning it. It never should have been sent to anyone in the first place with the damage.
