    Amazing Customer Service

    Not only are all the dresses I ordered great quality, TTS, and so cute, but when I needed extra help with a return, Meghan in customer service was SO amazing!!!! She was so kind, patient and a pleasure to work with. Love Lulus

    Lovely dress, but not for mom boobs

    This dress was beautiful, hit all the right places and was flattering everywhere except in the bust. I am a 34D and I think I would have been rearranging and tucking in my boobs the whole night. The straps were really thin and the best was just not right for me. No other complains. I ended up returning it

    Not Like the Picture

    I opened the package the dress seemed very thin. No stretch whatsoever. The size guide is off. This dress is not made for people with a wider top half. Could not zip for the life of me.

    Perfect!!!

    I have been searching for a dress for a wedding. I bought maybe 8 other dresses. I didn't love them. I found this site. And this dress. The dress is a final sale so it was 37! I am beyond happy! It fits perfectly! It's beautiful! I don't need a bra. The material is so nice. And it has a slip/skirt built in. Love this!!! I'm so happy!

    Poor quality

    This was a big disappointment for me. Some of my favorite dresses are from Lulu's, but the quality of this dress was very poor. The fit was odd, and the fabric felt like a very cheap costume dress. I unfortunately had to return it and eat the shipping cost since a different size wouldn't fix the issue.

    Not Forgiving

    This dress is cute, but do not order it if you have fuller breasts. It has zero stretch! Plus, the return policy with Lulus is NOT customer friendly. I do not recommend buying this dress.

    Beautiful dress, poor quality zipper

    I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding. The dress was beautiful and fit great, however the zipper was very poor quality. It would only zip half way before it got stuck and then I was unable to unzip it. I ultimately had to break the zipper to remove the dress and was unable to wear it to the wedding. This is the second dress I have purchased from Lulus in which there was the same issue with the zipper. Very disappointed.

    Pretty colour but not flattering fit/material

    I really wanted to love this dress on me as I love the style and colours, but I didn't. I felt like the length was awkward and showing my knobby knees every second step. The bust was too loose, but the V went so far down that strapless bras showed. I guess you could solve this with boob tape, but I didn't have enough going on to fill it out (34D, size small dress). The satin was also very clingy and staticky, which was unflattering and... Read More
    I really wanted to love this dress on me as I love the style and colours, but I didn't. I felt like the length was awkward and showing my knobby knees every second step. The bust was too loose, but the V went so far down that strapless bras showed. I guess you could solve this with boob tape, but I didn't have enough going on to fill it out (34D, size small dress). The satin was also very clingy and staticky, which was unflattering and unfortunately, Lulus didn't put any effort in to package carefully with paper. Shipping was super quick, so I don't think the dress got such massive creases while in transit. I think they just didn't care enough to make it presentable before shipping and no amount of steaming could get the creases out. It didn't help me love it. - Violetta C.
