nice dress

Straps
The tie straps are sewn at the top so they are not adjustable. Because of the back on this dress it offers less support in the chest area and overall the dress is kinda loose. Super Pretty Dress
The blue toile print and design of the dress is perfection! The length is ankle length for petites, which is a nice surprise.
