Doesn't Fit!!
Cute dress, great material but definitely is not size appropriate. I normally wear small to medium. Even with the more open chest area, the dress is too tight in the shoulders. I exchanged a medium for a large, shoulder area was the same tightness but then chest area was inappropriate. Odd fit

LOVE IT
Looks so good on - the bell sleeves are pretty. The V-neck does not make it tight for my chest. The colors and fabric ALL love
