Perfect Dress!
I wore this out for Labor Day weekend Cape Cod, MA. It fits perfect and is true to size, the material is quality, not heavy or too light, length was perfect with flats for 5'3, size small. I love that you can wear a regular bra and still have a cute cut out in the back!
