If I were ordering this dress, I'd definitely order a bigger size if you have a larger bust. I found that the boning in this dress isn't strong enough to hold a larger bust in for a size medium. It has this sticky lining inside the cups that is supposed to hold your breasts in, but I found that it was constantly slipping and I was constantly having to pull this dress up.
