Gorgeous HOCO Dress
Everything about this dress was perfect! The vibrant color, the sassy but not too short length, the design, and the fit. This dress made my 14-year-old's hoco outing fun and fabulous! Love so many of Lulu's dresses and cannot beat the prices, shipping timeframe, and ease of returns.
