    Beautiful color but weird fit

    Ordered this dress for a black tie wedding. It fit me but the material on the dress was really weird. There was extra fabric in the ruching hanging over my hip, which was not pictured. Going to return it due to this. The way it laid made it look not black tie at all. I'm 5'6 and the dress was extremely long.

    Flattering Fit and Stunning Color!

    I got so many compliments on this dress! As a red head, I was intimidated by the color, but turns out, it suited me very well. It's a beautiful dress and I'm excited to add and keep it in my wardrobe. My only con is that it is a little long for me. Others and myself kept stepping on it all night. I am 5'3 AND I was wearing heels. Maybe in the future I will get it hemmed.

    Too long

    The dress was very long and had a decently high slit that is not pictured in the photos. The pleating/drapes were very loose and folded over in the stomach area. The bodice fit nicely and stayed in place, but overall was not happy with the length.

    Too tight and small

    Beautiful Dress

    This dress is so elegant! I love the flow of the dress, and the waist fits me perfectly. It is long for me, but I'll be wearing heels anyway. I'm excited to wear it. It'll be perfect for an upcoming summer wedding!

    Too Much Fabric

    I am usually between a size small and medium. Medium was too large and there was too much fabric. Was not a flattering fit. The pleating across the stomach was also not attached very consistently so the fabric hung in an awkward way. Also very long in length and definitely would need to be hemmed. I returned it because the fit is too awkward, maybe a small would be better.

    Pretty Dress, but Not the Perfect One

    It was alright

    When I first unpackaged it, I thought it was such a beautiful color and the fabric seemed so flowy. But then when I tried it on the ruffles on the torso were so lose, they were sagging making me look so much bigger than I am. However the dress and it's like underlining fit amazing, but the ruffles added on top of it was super saggy. And in the back the zipper made a weird bump in the back that I was unable to fix.     IF ANYONE HAS A SMALL I'D BUY IT OFF YOU!

    (Insta: @abigaill.morehead) I've been waiting to get a restock for this dress for my cousin's wedding since it perfectly fit the theme and color scheme, and it just did not work out. I got an XS, which is what I have typically worn from Lulus. The back would not zip up. The front does not lie like the models unless I adjust it, and I would have to get it sewn to stay, although the outer fabric is loose enough to sit accordingly. There are 2 spots... Read More

I got an XS, which is what I have typically worn from Lulus. The back would not zip up. The front does not lie like the models unless I adjust it, and I would have to get it sewn to stay, although the outer fabric is loose enough to sit accordingly. There are 2 spots I marked on the forward-facing photo where the fabric is not sewn correctly. On the split, the fabric bulges out, but is fixed when I put the fabric up on my waist. On the left side, that's raised the fabric is loose breaking the "asymmetrical line" that's supposed to be there. That would also need to be adjusted. I'm also 5'3 and would need to hem it, which isn't a big deal. The color is also a little more dull and purple than the pictures that present as bright and pink. Overall disappointed. - Abigail M.
