My new favorite!

runs way bigger than expected

Runs large
I normally wear a 6 or 6.5. Bought these in a 5.5 due to reviews saying it runs large. The 5.5 is a little big still in length. I have wide feet and the front straps are tight. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
I should not have listened to the previous reviews
I am usually a size 7, all of the reviews said they run big order a half size smaller, so I did. They were a little too small. I wish I got a size 7. Other wise they were do-able - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Doesn't hold foot tight in place

Painful

Just ok
There an okay heel. I really wanted to love these shoes. I'm 140 lbs 5'5 I don't have wide feet. I usually wear a 7 to a size 8 depending on the brands. I bought a size 7 based on reviews about them running big. Had to return them because they were too tight around my toes. Returned them for a size 8. Those were way to big.
