    Heel broke

    My daughter wore these for our wedding rehearsal, and within minutes of wearing them, one of the heels broke off. She was also planning on wearing them for the wedding. We tried repairing them, but nothing worked. Huge disappointment.

    Strap ripped off

    Ordered these for a wedding and the back strap ripped about a hour into wearing them, had to glue to them for the rest of the night and they are now unwearable for any future events. For the price, I will not be buying these again.

    Shoe Was small but that's not the issue

    Shoe ran small, which was what it was; I got a replacement, but that also was too small. I didn't have time to keep trying different sizes to see what fit. I sent back both one after the other and both on time for a refund, and have not received my refund.
