    It's alright

    It's cute and all, but sometimes I have issues with the straps because it's so thin and the bag itself doesn't hang how you want it to be like a backpack would. Also, I wish Lulu's can inspect their products before sending them to their customers because sometimes it'll have a defect on it like how I did with this (like I had this weird white patch at the front of the bag and I guess glue on the side).

    Perfect size and so cute!

    This backpack is absolutely perfect. It holds my cell phone, wallet, small cosmetics bag and keys with room to spare. And it is so stylish. Great for hands free sightseeing on trips. Love it.

    Too Stiff

    This bag was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. It looks as pictured but I would not like using this bag everyday.

    Perfect!

    I love it! It's perfect! Have been searching for this design online for a while and was thrilled to find it here on Lulus. Item arrived as shown on website and delicately wrapped with tissue paper and a duster bag. Quality is amazing, sturdy and well made.

    I'm really disappointed

    I'm really disappointed with the quality of the backpack. The straps used for the backpack are way too thick and they don't fit well were they're supposed to. I've been buying great items from you and hadn't had any problems before this, but it this time I'm really disappointed in what I bought. It's a Christmas gift for my sister and I'm really embarrassed by the quality of the gift I'm giving her.

    Defective item?

    I don't know if I got a defective item, but when worn as a backpack, it stays inclined with the bottom hitting my lower back and the top part 5-6 inches detached from my body. I tried with different length of the straps but nothing changes. I only hope I get the refund even if I already removed the labels - it wasn't something noticeable at first! I got ready to go out to run some errands and I wanted to use it when I realized the issue.

    Not as shown in photo

    The suede top is a lighter color than the vegan leather. It does not compliment it well. Sent back and exchanged for the black one.

    Exactly like Chloe bag!

    I really love my new bag! I had been searching for an affordable yet stylish backpack for a while, I'm so glad I purchased this one! I will say that I was kind of annoyed that I had to put the straps on myself when I opened the package. Other than that I think this is a great bag/backpack! Goes great with casual and slightly dressed up outfits.
