Wanted to love it

Great Backpack!!!
I love it. It's super cute and trendy exactly as pictured. Material is just okay though. After just a month the backpack chain in the front is already broken! I'm super disappointed. Loved it... until I couldn't anymore...
I LOVED this backpack. It's the perfect size and its super cute. The color is a little darker than the picture appears, but no big deal. My issue is that it started coming apart and ripping within 4 months. I can't even use it anymore. Not as expected!
I've added this bag in my wishlist and waiting list for months. Unfortunately, quality is not as it seem.
