I loved this when I saw it online- had to have it. When it came, I was rather underwhelmed. First of all, it was pretty squished and flattened in the box. Also, its a lot smaller than it appears online. The chain is noisy as other reviews mentioned. To do a return, all packaging needs to be exactly as it was. A miss..
The bag looks cute in pictures but the "suede" part is really rough and thin. The bag is also a bit smaller than I anticipated. Too small
This bag was much too small for my needs. I also thought I could use it as a shoulder bag and I was not able to use it for my liking. I returned it. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Looks larger in photo
