Not great

Cute but
Saw all the reviews and had to buy it; it's very cute and a good size but the straps are not that great and it hangs off my back awkwardly. I wanted it to lay nicely on my back like other bags do but this one sticks out and looks and feels uncomfortable.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Abby! Not worth it
It's not as pictured. The flap is gray and not white as noted in the photo. Not the Best Quality

Weird sizing
The purse is cute - the quality is good - the bag holds a lot. But the straps are SO short! I have them on the loosest hole, and the bag is tight on me. I'm seriously considering buying a leather hole punch so I can make a new hole and make the straps longer. I actually thought maybe they sent me the wrong straps or something of the sort. Disappointed
I was so excited when it came in the mail. I ordered it as soon as I saw it came back in stock. I'm pretty disappointed, as said in another review it sits at a weird angle when you wear it as a backpack. It tilts way back and doesn't sit upright. Cute but not durable.
First day of use, I received many compliments! It does not have a lot of room for everyday essentials. This is of a benefit for me because I am forever cramming my bag with unnecessary items. This lovely bag allows room for my wallet, keys, lipstick, and phone. I was a little disappointed because after a couple of weeks, the little screws on the connecting chain came loose. small but cute
It is smaller than it appears in the picture however it's very cute. I like the contrast of the vegan leather and suede.
