Very loose and hard to walk in
Shoes are very loose around ankles which makes them hard to walk in. I had them hooked on the tightest loop and they were still too loose. Had to return. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Straps too loose

BULKY & NOT STABLE
I'm 5'8", so I ended up towering higher than I prefer, but I'm no stranger to heels believe it or not. However, the design of these shoes allows for your heel to disconnect from the back of the shoe like a flip flop making them quite unstable. Also, I'm normally a 7.5 and have quite skinny ankles, and yet these bulky shoes seemed to be too large around my foot, and yet too tight around my ankle at the same time even though nothing could make my... horrible fit
ankle straps are much too long and loose. Uncomfortable and straps way too long!
I ordered these in a 6.5 and while they fit they were SO uncomfortable, even just standing in them. The straps were also way too long. I could almost wrap them around my ankles twice (I have avg sized ankles). In order to make them work I would have had to pierce holes further down the straps.
