Very loose and hard to walk in
Shoes are very loose around ankles which makes them hard to walk in. I had them hooked on the tightest loop and they were still too loose. Had to return. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Straps too loose

BULKY & NOT STABLE
I'm 5'8", so I ended up towering higher than I prefer, but I'm no stranger to heels believe it or not. However, the design of these shoes allows for your heel to disconnect from the back of the shoe like a flip flop making them quite unstable.
