    Huuuumongous

The sizing should be stated. THIS IS HUGE. I got a small, and it fits like a 2XL. It's not a cute oversized look- just ginormous.

    Staple Piece for Fall/Winter

Ever since I've gotten this coat, I've been wearing it whenever I've gotten the chance. It's so versatile, comfy, it keeps me warm, and have received many compliments on the coat. This is perfect for everyday wear. I cannot recommend this coat enough.

    Non-functional pockets

The coat fits well and feels soft. Unfortunately, the pockets on both sides were sewn shut. This isn't communicated in the description, and the pictures clearly show the model with her hands inside the pockets. I should not have to create my own pockets and potentially damage a brand new coat, so I will have to return. Very upsetting.

Response from Lulus.com: Hello Tasheia. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we are sorry for any frustration the sewn pockets caused. We use a temporary stitch to close the pockets to maintain the garment's shape, prevent sagging or snagging during shipping, and discourage early use that could stretch or... Read More

    Cheap looking, ill fitting

This coat looks awful and fits even worse. The seams are puckered, and the fabric feels like children's crafting felt. I ordered an xs, and it is extremely oversized and not in a cool, meant-to-be way. Hate it.
Response from Lulus.com: Hi Amanda! We're so sorry to hear that this item didn't meet your expectations in person. There are a few convenient ways to get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice) if you're ever in need of assistance. We're available daily and would be happy to help you! Thanks for your review! Stunning Coat

I bought this with an event in mind but I have been wearing this coat every day since getting it. Great quality, great thickness, and incredibly stylish to go with any outfit.
