Weird fit

Not what I was expecting
I'm 5'2, 138 lb postpartum (117 pre pregnancy). Ordered in small but I don't like how it looks on me right now. I'm 34D and the top part of the dress flattens my chest in a very unflattering way, and the dress is too long for my height. Summer dress
