    Dress is good, return policy is trash

    I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding because I know sizes can vary between styles. 3 out of 4 of the dresses were too long even with heels and I didnt have time to hem them so I went with the one that was already the perfect length (this one). The dress is cute, fits well, and was the perfect length for 5'4". My problem is how long Lulus takes to refund you after you return your items. After you send the items back it says it will take 10-14 days... Read More
    I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding because I know sizes can vary between styles. 3 out of 4 of the dresses were too long even with heels and I didnt have time to hem them so I went with the one that was already the perfect length (this one). The dress is cute, fits well, and was the perfect length for 5'4". My problem is how long Lulus takes to refund you after you return your items. After you send the items back it says it will take 10-14 days from the time they RECEIVE the return to get your refund, and best believe they will use ALL of that time. Almost 300 dollars just gone while they have their product back for TWO WEEKS. The 14 days had passed so I reached out to ask what the deal was, and they immediately refunded me. Terrible business practice. Don't order multiple dresses unless you are okay with them holding onto your money for weeks. - Skyler D.

    The first comment I got wearing this dress was "you look like you belong in Italy". I have received so many compliments! This dress was so gorgeous and beautiful, the only thing that was a little annoying was that it was hard to walk in because the bottom is straight. I felt like I had to shuffle but overall the look of this dress was totally worth it

    What a surprise

    Wow, wow, wow, I seriously was not expecting to love this dress. I love the look of the nude color with roses climbing up your body. It fits so well; you can tighten or loosen the bust part. I'm gonna wear this to my niece's 15 birthday party. It's nice and lightweight for summertime
