    Cute dress

It was a super cute dress, but it did not fit in the waist. It was slightly too tight, and I couldn't zip it up all the way
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Kara, thanks for your review! We apologize that this dress didn't meet your expectations in person. Our customer service team (lulus.com/customerservice) is available daily. If you ever have questions or need assistance, please let us know! Xo

    Lame

Bought this for a green themed bridesmaid bachelorette party. Zipper broke immediately on the first time I tried to wear it for the event. Zipper is poor quality. Such a bummer because the dress is so cute but unwearable due to the zipper breaking before being able to wear
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Skye! We are so sorry to hear about the zipper breaking! This isn't typical at all and a member of our customer care team will be reaching out to you shortly so we can help and make this right! xo

    Cute

Fits good, flattering. Lining had a big hole in it and customer service replaced it for me quickly.

    WAY too small!!!

I'm 32A and 110 lbs, and the XS was so small on me that I couldn't even zip it shut! Final sale, so I can't return it. The sizing is SO off on this dress.
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Rachael, thanks for your review! We apologize that this dress fit smaller than expected. We want you to love every Lulus purchase, so if you are ever in need, please get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice). We would be happy to see how we can help! xo
