The dress is so soft and flows amazingly. It hugs my body - the top part is snug though. Not so tight that I can't sit or breathe, just enough that it is tight so it looks like it's snatched. My under bust is about 30" and 25" waist. The back is stretchy, so I'm sure it can give or take a few inches. I ordered in a small and it was very fitted in the waist and uncomfortably tight around my neck. I returned it and ordered the medium. It is slightly loose on me in the waist and back but the neck is much more comfortable.
