Perfect for weddings
I loved the fit and feel of this dress from the moment I put it on. The lace is high quality, the boning in the bodice added nice structure and the slit is the right height. I'm 5'2 so I took it to a seamstress to hem it for my height with shoes, and to slightly take in the bust area because of some gaping. Absolutely loved this dress for a Black Tie Wedding. I didn't have time to get it altered but at 5'6" with a 2.5" heel the dress was still a bit long and will likely take an inch or two off. If you plan to wear a higher heel you can likely get away without getting it hemmed. I loved how the chest bodice part fit: cozy and snug which highlighted the body well, while also being stretchy and great for dancing.
