This romper looks just like it's pictured online. The ties in the back allow you to get the fit across the chest you want, according to your individual size. There isn't any stretch to the fabric, and I found that I needed a medium rather than a small, because I didn't want it to be tight in the butt. For reference, I'm 5'9 1/2, and I weigh 140lbs. I was looking for a cute dress for a wedding that I don't have to go braless in. I wear an A cup and it was far too loose. You would likely need at least a C cup to fill out the top while the waist area runs narrow.
