Perfect

It would probably fit better on someone with smaller hips and broader
I'd give this dress a 3.9. I really wanted it to fit, but it was too tight on my hips and too loose on my shoulders, so I ended up returning it. Otherwise, the fabric and overall design are beautiful; it looks expensive. It would probably fit better on someone with smaller hips and broader shoulders or a fuller bust.
