Collar has a 14" circumference (under the knee). 9.5" black zipper at instep. 1" wood-look heel. Lightly cushioned insole. Nonskid rubber sole. Available in whole and half sizes. Measurements are for a size 6. All vegan friendly, man made materials.

      not quite over the knee

      I have gotten shoes from LuLu's several times with much success but these boots fell short (literally). I am 5'7 and the top of the shaft only hit my mid-knee and cut into my kneecap in a weird, uncomfortable way. On a shorter girl, these might be cute and truly over-the knee, but not for me. had to send them back. Other than that, fit was true to size - I am a 7.5 and that's what I ordered and they fit well.
