not impressed
Still awaiting my refund for this item. Contacted them already over a week ago and I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service. Very Flattering Dress

Second identical dress, same issue.
I ordered this dress for a banquet I have in a few weeks. My original purchase would not zip up once on my body (it was not a size issue- if I sized up, it would have been hanging off of me and unwearable). I tried to fix the issue, and that caused it to not zip up at all. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth, they sent me a new dress. Looks amazing!
The waist area is definitely tight and has no stretch, but after getting the zipper up, it looked amazing! Definitely needed to alter the length. Other than that, it was a really nice dress - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Pretty Dress
This is my first time ordering from Lulu's, and I usually wear size M in dresses. I must say this is a very pretty dress, but it runs small on chest area. Run small at waist
Because I have a small waist, I normally wear small dresses that are loose on the hips. This material has no give and runs small in the waist. It would zip up but was very tight and uncomfortable. I ended up ordering a medium, and it fit perfectly, except I had to get the straps shortened a bit.
