    Second identical dress, same issue.

    I ordered this dress for a banquet I have in a few weeks. My original purchase would not zip up once on my body (it was not a size issue- if I sized up, it would have been hanging off of me and unwearable). I tried to fix the issue, and that caused it to not zip up at all. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth, they sent me a new dress.     Couldn't quite zip the back up; would recommend sizing up if you are busty! The rest fit perfectly! The color is lovely, and the fabric feels versatile; can dress up or down.

    not impressed

    Still awaiting my refund for this item. Contacted them already over a week ago and I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service. I used to shop here all the time first time ever having to return something, 10/10 would not recommend.

    Pretty Dress

    This is my first time ordering from Lulu's, and I usually wear size M in dresses. I must say this is a very pretty dress, but it runs small on chest area. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for a different size due to the promotion buy multiple dresses get 1 free ;(
