Second identical dress, same issue.
I ordered this dress for a banquet I have in a few weeks. My original purchase would not zip up once on my body (it was not a size issue- if I sized up, it would have been hanging off of me and unwearable). I tried to fix the issue, and that caused it to not zip up at all. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth, they sent me a new dress. Stunning Bridesmaids Dress!

Pretty Dress
This is my first time ordering from Lulu's, and I usually wear size M in dresses. I must say this is a very pretty dress, but it runs small on chest area.
