Beautiful shirt

Never got my refund
Beautiful shirt, but I received this item with a bunch of loose threads. I called to set up a return and was immediately refunded for my shipping which was nice. However, when I sent the shirt back, I NEVER got a refund! The orders page confirmed they received the item back. So I sent a defective shirt back, and they kept my money.
