    Feathers were falling off and going all over the place

    I have purchased many things from Lulu's over the years, but this has to be the worst item. The jacket felt like a costume. The feathers were falling off immediately after being taken out of the bag. The picture does not represent what it looks like in person. It's a shame because the picture had so much potential.

    Fabulous & endless compliments

    I absolutely love this fun jacket! I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be perfect for the western-themed wedding I attended in AZ. It kept me warm, and I had endless compliments all weekend. The only minor thing is that the jacket's feathers shed.     Not As Cute As The Pictures

    I have several coats from here and loved them all, but this one looks cheap, almost like a costume. Unfortunately I had to return it and was super disappointed to find out that they are charging for returns now.
