I was worried about the zipper situation from the reviews, but I didn't have any issues with it breaking. Was a great fit, well-made, and got tons of compliments. The zipper was a big problem! Couldn't get it zipped past the sequin part, so every time I went to the bathroom I would have to leave it zipped past the sequins and then squish myself back into it. Not ideal. As other reviewers have said, this dress is a showstopper and so fun! I got so many compliments all night. This was my first event postpartum, so understandably I was a little self-conscious about my body shape. This dress has an elastic waist, and is flowy enough to hide hips/belly.
