I'm typically a medium, so this is what I purchased. I love the fit & flow. It fits exactly as shown on the model. I don't have BIG boobs, but even if I did, I'd still be covered appropriately. I was 19 weeks pregnant at the time. I wore it, and reading the reviews, I ordered a medium. Usually being a size small, Medium was too big in the bust and under the armpits. I had to rush order a small one that fit much better. Technically, it didn't zip all the way (about an inch left unzipped), but the corset back hid the zipper well, and I felt more secure in my bust, which is what mattered to me. I usually size up based on my chest size, so I did so here, and I can literally stick a whole extra arm in the dress. If you're nervous about sizing down, just get your TTS and see.
